34 But the Pharisees said, “He drives out demons by the ruler of the demons!”(A)

35 Then Jesus went to all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom,(B) and healing every[a] disease and every sickness.[b] 36 When He saw the crowds, He felt compassion for them, because they were weary and worn out,(C) like sheep without a shepherd.(D)
